During the procedure the area being treated is cleansed and a local anaesthetic cream is applied to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. The Skin Pen is then used in smooth, circular motions on the skin until the whole area has been treated.

Specialist serums such as hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides or exosomes are applied to the skin, which are absorbed through the tiny pin-pricks into the dermis where they can deliver active ingredients to address dehydrated, sun-damaged, scarred or hyperpigmented skin.
